About Broadland Business Park

Broadland Business Park is a Norfolk success story. Numerous high quality employers, such as Aviva (Norwich Union), Start-rite Shoes, Homeserve, Norfolk PCT, Norfolk County Council, Bertrams Books and Lloyds TSB have located here.

The park is quite unlike an average business park. It includes belts of mature woodland, footpaths that are frequently used by local people, a fast maturing lake that is turning into a haven for wildlife and a Caffè Ritazza restaurant, which overlooks the lake.

Around 500,000 sq ft of new commercial and industrial buildings are planned for phase two of the park, creating hundreds of valuable new jobs for the area.
