Brook Farm, Thorpe is a proposed new development from the owners of Broadland Business Park.

It provides the vital link road between Plumstead Road East in Thorpe End Garden Village and the A47 at Postwick junction and includes employment land, a high quality development of sustainable new homes, provision for a range of local facilities including a rail halt and wide open spaces. We even have the opportunity of turning Green Lane South into a foot, cycle and bridle path.

We are currently at the stage of consulting with the public, with a view to submitting a planning application to Broadland District Council in September this year.
